Responsibilities:
Track performance and manage day-to-day PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
Translate data into actionable insights daily, weekly and monthly reviews.
Maintenance of reporting suites: Maintain automated dashboards (Looker Studio/Excel) to provide stakeholders with real-time visibility into KPIs.
Communicate performance and actionable insights on daily basis to the Head of Marketing and CMO.
Perform constant keyword research, expansion, and optimization.
Write, test, and optimize compelling ad copies that resonate with brand, target audiences, improve CTR and ad strength.
Manage A/B testing schedules for headlines, descriptions, and landing pages.
Collaborate with the brand team to ensure display and video assets align with campaign objectives.

Track campaign performance using Google Analytics.
Requirements:
Experience: +3 years of hands-on experience in PPC/Paid Search.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and GA4
Analytical Mindset: Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) and data visualization tools.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to look beyond clicks and impressions to focus on Lead Quality and Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).
