Executive Officer in Dublin 4 – Temporary Position

Key Responsibilities:

  • Play a vital role in monitoring and reporting on the development and implementation of standards and guidelines for individuals with disabilities.
  • Coordinate data collection, analysis, and reporting functions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  •  Provide expert advice and support in developing practical guidelines for accessibility compliance.
  • Foster cross-organizational collaboration to drive continuous improvement in standards and monitoring activities.
  • Manage and supervise staff when necessary to ensure effective team performance.
  • Engage and consult with stakeholders, including persons with disabilities, through various communication channels.
  • Undertake additional duties as required and participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.


Essential Criteria:

  • Minimum two years' experience in a similar role involving data analysis and reporting.
  • Understanding of quality assurance, monitoring, or standards development.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong ICT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, with experience in pivot tables.
  • Excellent organizational and planning abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient problem-solving and evaluation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
  • Self-motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skills.


Key Requirements:

  • Third-level qualification or 2+ years' experience in a related role within the Public Sector.
  • Two years' relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage workloads effectively in a fast-paced environment.
