Salary: €40,000 – 45,000 (DOE) – Onsite Car Parking
Responsibilities: Technical Pump Sales:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote pumps and achieve sales targets.
Provide technical expertise to customers, offering guidance on the selection and application of pumps.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and excellent customer service.
Store Operations:
Assist day-to-day store operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
Monitor inventory levels to meet customer demand and minimize stockouts, or overstock situations.
Monitor store policies and procedures to maintain a safe and organized working environment.
Monitor and analyse sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Customer Service:
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding pumps and related products.
Collaborate with the customer service team to streamline processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
Team Building:
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.
Vendor Relations:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
Stay updated on the latest product developments and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to customers.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and other relevant metrics.
Analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, making strategic recommendations to management.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in technical pump sales.
Previous experience in store operations or a similar role.
Strong technical background and the ability to provide technical support to customers.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive and results-oriented approach.
Familiarity with inventory management systems (i.e. SAP)
