Shona McManus
Chief Executive Officer / Owner

Shona is a highly accomplished and respected recruitment business leader in Ireland. Qualified to MBA, she commenced her professional life in the hospitality industry, but it is the competitive world of recruitment that she found her niche and true passion. With almost 20 years’ experience in the Recruitment Industry Shona has successfully managed, led and transformed recruitment businesses in both multinational and indigenous Irish recruitment firms, excelling in both among some of the most challenging times the industry has faced.

Since Shona took over the helm of Osborne in April 2013 in the depths of recession, her vision, innovation, strong values, ability to build teams and ambitious but inclusive entrepreneurial leadership style has been the driving force for Osborne to not only navigate its way through these perilous times but has seen the business emerge today in a very strong market position, ready for the next phase of growth, having more than quadrupled turnover, profits, headcount to date and certified  as a Great Place to Work over the last 3 years. Alongside this Shona is involved in on going senior level recruitment and account management. As a former Vice President and fellow of the National Recruitment Federation, Shona, has been listed for each of the past 4 years in the Staffing Industry Analysts Global Top 100 Women in Recruitment as well as the 2019 Top 100 Staffing Professionals in Europe.

Joanne Murray
Director / Business & Recruitment Manager - City Centre Office

Joanne Murray is Recruitment and Business Director within Osborne. Joanne is one of the most accomplished recruiters in Ireland and has specialised in Office and Secretarial recruitment for over 17 years in Osborne.

Joanne was crowned National Recruitment Federation Recruiter of the year in 2014/2015 and this accolade was just recognition of the exceptional service to clients and candidates alike. Joanne has also led her team to win Best in Practice Office and Secretarial at 4 of the last 5 National Recruitment Federation awards, including the most recent time this was awarded.

As Osborne are a CPSA accredited consultancy, Joanne has partnered with a number of Public Sector clients and is highly experienced in working to key performance indicators outlined in successful tender submissions.  Amongst others, Joanne works closely with Enterprise Ireland, The Law Society, The Pensions Authority, PSI, Children’s Hospital Ireland and the IDA and is involved from campaign management through to completion of campaigns.

Her personal yet professional approach to recruitment has seen her partner with clients of all sizes and sectors in Dublin and beyond.

David Walsh

Jim Wylie
Senior Commercial Development Manager - M1 Drogheda

Jim Wylie, Senior Commercial Development Manager has over 20 years experience in the recruitment industry. Jim began his recruitment career ago working with Adecco one of the world’s largest recruitment agencies having worked with Bradford & Bingley Building Society as a Branch Manager.

Jim developed his recruitment career in both the UK and Ireland. Originally from Scotland, Jim has lived and worked in Ireland since 2000

Emily Wykes
Finance & Compliance Manager

Emily will be responsible for ensuring that all financial transactions between our clients and Osborne are seamless. The finance team will ensure the smooth running of payroll and customer reports are accurate and that all queries are answered promptly. Emily will manage and co-ordinate our new digital timesheet processes.

Ayesha Thompson
Internal Recruitment & Training Manager

Ayesha is the Internal Recruitment & Training Manager for Osborne where she has put her 17 years of recruitment experience into practice. With a background in Accounting and Finance recruitment, Ayesha has cultivated significant insights into the qualities and attributes required by employers across Ireland.

Marsha O'Sullivan
Director of Client Services

Marsha is our Director of Client Services who has recently joined Osborne with a specific remit of working closely with our clients, understanding any additional supports they may need, deepening our partnerships and championing our service delivery. Marsha is a highly experienced and accomplished customer focused professional with over 20 years’ experience working in the recruitment industry with clients such as Deloitte, Dell, Enterprise Rent A Car, Paddy Power, Oracle, Northern Trust etc.

Having worked in delivering innovative candidate attraction solutions for clients of all sizes throughout her career both locally and internationally she will work closely with Meghan and the team ensuring we build strong relationship with the key stakeholders within your business. With a keen focus on customer feedback and continual improvement, Marsha will ensure our SLAs are adhered to and that we are continually delivering tailored solutions and driving excellent client service delivery.

Aine Wallace
Recruitment & Business Manager - Osborne Executive Search

Aine Wallace is a senior recruitment professional whose career commenced in financial services with one of Ireland’s leading banks. Subsequent to a career in banking she moved into industry and became MD of a successful services business. Having worked two of Ireland’s largest recruitment firms, she joined PwC, as a Manager in their Executive Resourcing team where she concentrated on Executive Search in the upper echelons of the private and public sector. In 2007 she founded Wallace Keane & Associates Ltd a bespoke executive resourcing firm specialising in the recruitment of both senior  legal and finance professionals before joining Osborne in 2016 to head up Osborne Executive , a specialist division of the Osborne Recruitment Group charged with providing high-quality, tailored retained executive search services across the range of “C” Suite, senior appointments as well as industry specific positions. Osborne Executive partners with Large Multinational Corporations, Small to Medium Enterprises, Start-up and Family Owned Businesses, Not-For-Profit, Semi-State and Public-Sector Bodies in the identification, assessment, and recruitment of Executive, Management, and specialist leadership talent . As an experienced, senior consulting manager, Aine brings a strong network, together with extensive business knowledge and first-hand experience and understanding of business issues.

Maisie Doyle
Recruitment & Business Manager - City Centre Office

Maisie is one of our specialist Office and Secretarial recruiters working on a number of key accounts in the Public Sector such as The Pensions Authority, Enterprise Ireland, the Arts Council, NAS and the SFI. Maisie has developed excellent relationships with our clients and has solid experience and methodologies in managing public and private sector recruitment contracts. She will be in contact on a weekly basis when there is no active recruitment and works within our SLA of contact, providing updates every 48 hours when working open assignments.  Maisie will be supported daily by a full team of recruitment experts drawn from each of Osborne’s relevant specialist industry sectors across our 7 Irish offices. Maisie specialises in administration candidates, particularly those with a technical skill set. Her six years in Osborne have seen her grow both her candidate and client base and is now the go to recruiter for a number of public and semi state bodies in Ireland including Enterprise Ireland, the Arts Council, NAS and the SFI. She has also been a key part of large-scale screening programmes for our public sector client base such as The Pensions Authority, where we handled all candidate applications along with the screening process and subsequent presentation of suitable candidates for interview stage.

Cloe Stapleton
Recruitment & Business Director - Blanchardstown

Cloe is Recruitment & Business Director based in our Blanchardstown office and has worked in recruitment for over 9 years and began her career specializing in temporary and contract staffing. Cloe has been with Osborne for over 4 years and is currently focusing on Accountancy and Finance, permanent, temporary, and contract positions within Osborne.  Cloe is one of our specialist recruiters working on a number of large-scale key accounts across both Public and Private Sector and has successfully managed similar large scale recruitment campaigns for clients such as Pallas Foods, Primeline, FedEx and Lidl along with The Arts council, Broadcasting Authority of Ireland and Trinity College.

Emma Hickey
Senior Recruitment & Business Manager - Sandyford & Bray Office

Emma is our Senior Recruitment & Business Manager for our Sandyford and Bray office. She has experience in recruitment both locally and internationally.

Emma Manages the end-to-end recruitment process and has experience in all business Sectors. She manages both large corporate accounts and smaller more regional contracts, as evidenced by this list of recent clients: LHM Engineering, First Care , Earlsbrook House, Irish Traffic Surveys , Connollys Redmills,Morins Animal Feeds, Italicatessen, Softworks, Curram Healt, Property Button, APB Tree Care, HSE, Sherry Fitzgerald, Coillte, Link Digital Innovations, McGreals Pharmacy Group, ILS Engineering, Bord Bia, EIR, Randridge, Max Benjamin. Emma is an NRF Certified Recruiter and CPSA trained consultant.

Emma is a highly skilled recruiter and has built 2 start-up offices within Osborne both in Ireland and internationally which demonstrated her ability to build and maintain strong relationships and place top level candidates into these roles.

Mary O'Sullivan
Recruitment & Business Manager - M1 Drogheda

Mary has worked on large scale key accounts across both the public and private sector, including the Pensions Authority, IPA, Children’s Hospital Ireland and the Law Society. In the last year, Mary filled 60+ temporary and permanent positions across 23 clients at levels / Grade III, IV and Executive roles and carried out the full lifecycle of the recruitment process from sourcing candidates, writing job specifications, to interviewing, placing and giving constructive feedback to candidates. For instance, for the Pensions Authority she has graded over 860 applications and interviewed over 90 candidates for 5 different roles at CO, EO and HEO levels. Mary handles complete recruitment campaigns from the application process, screening of suitable candidates using a matrix marking process through to an in-depth interview process prior to a shortlist of candidates being presented.

Mary’s approach is based on her understanding of both our public and private sector clients needs. Mary has extensive recruitment experience across permanent and contract recruitment to clients of all sizes across Dublin and beyond. Mary will offer an in depth knowledge due to her 8+ year recruitment experience.

Rachel Brown
Recruitment & Business Manager - Kildare

Rachel is a highly accomplished recruiter with over 10 years’ experience within Accounting & Finance recruitment, having honed her recruitment skills in Ireland, Australia and Canada. As manager for our office in Naas the newest addition to the Osborne Recruitment network, Rachel will be responsible for supporting Meghan and the team in their day-to-day management of OCAG open roles with her strong understanding of the sector. Rachel’s has recruitment experience across a number of sectors including Accountancy & Finance, Sales & Marketing, Light Industrial, Administration & Secretarial and has successfully managed similar campaigns across a large number of clients ranging from Savills, Kepak, First Care Ireland, GLS Logistics, eCompliance and many more.

Jonathan Power
Recruitment & Business Manager - Waterford

Jonathan has recruited for and assisted with Government departments in Ireland such as The Department of Communications, An Bord Pleanála, The Road Safety Authority, The Department of Higher Education, The Irish Prison Service, Tusla and the NSAI. He has also worked within the highly regulated legal and finance organisations such as for companies such as Zurich Insurance, The Law Society, Dell EMC, Routematch, Practice Evolve, Airbus, Opel and Linklaters to name but a few. Jonathan has worked with a wide and diverse customer base with varying needs and has multiple years of experience in Management positions across a variety of sectors including Higher Education, Business Development, Technology and Sales. Jonathan also worked with a Software company based in New York City and was engaged with and assisted Higher Educational Institutes all over the globe from Ireland to Australia, the Far East and Middle East into Africa and India.
