Support sales and customer service teams with technical advice
Handle customer support requests quickly and professionally
Work with service engineers to fix customer issues
Make sure products are installed and set up correctly
Help size heating systems and prepare documents
Keep clear records and create reports
Visit sites to support and train customers and installers
Run training sessions for new and existing engineer
Help with spare parts and product specifications
Attend site meetings when needed
Skills:
Qualification in electrical, mechanical, or building services
Good understanding of heating and electrical systems (heat pump experience is a plus)
Strong problem-solver with great attention to detail
Friendly and professional with a positive attitude
Good communication and teamwork skills
Confident using Microsoft Office
Able to manage time well and meet deadlines
Full driver’s licence

You will work closely with structural engineers and design teams to create precise, high-quality technical drawings for construction projects, ranging from commercial buildings to large-scale infrastructure. Key Responsibilities:
Produce detailed AutoCAD drawings and 3D models for structural engineering projects
Collaborate with structural engineers to interpret design concepts and transform them into accurate technical drawings
Review, modify, and update drawings based on feedback from engineers and project stakeholders
Ensure compliance with local building codes, industry standards, and project specifications
Maintain a strong understanding of structural design principles, materials, and construction techniques
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality drawings
Conduct quality control checks on drawings and plans to ensure accuracy and completeness
Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including reports, specifications, and design calculations
Qualifications:
Qualification in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
Minimum of 7+ years of experience as an AutoCAD Technician in the structural engineering field
Expertise in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software (Revit, Civil 3D, Fusion 360etc.)
Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and the ability to interpret engineering designs
Experience working with building codes and industry standards
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects
Attention to detail and accuracy in technical drawing production
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling) and 3D modeling tools is a plus
