Essential Requirements:

  • Third-level qualification in Environmental Science, Sustainability Management, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar environmental or sustainability role
  • Experience within a manufacturing or FMCG environment desirable but not essential
  • Strong working knowledge of environmental legislation and regulatory compliance
  • Experience supporting ISO 14001 and/or ISO 50001 management systems
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and demonstrate initiative
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across all organisational levels
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and both internal and external stakeholders

Role Overview

Data-Driven Performance Analysis

  • Analyze process data including yield, cycle time, OEE, SPC metrics, and throughput to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

Safety, Ergonomics & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with safety standards related to glass, coatings, chemicals, and precision assembly.
  • Improve ergonomics for operators working in inspection and assembly areas

New Product Introduction (NPI)

  • Support R&D and design teams in industrializing new mirror and glass technologies and translating prototypes into stable, repeatable production processes.

What You Bring:

  • A degree in Industrial Engineering (preferred) or Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering with strong exposure to industrial engineering principles.
  • Experience working across multiple engineering areas: industrial, process, manufacturing, and some product engineering.
  • Strong understanding of high-volume manufacturing methods, especially in glass, coatings, display, or precision component environments.
  • Hands-on experience with lean principles, time studies, standard work, process mapping, and layout optimization.
  • Experience with statistical tools such as Minitab, Power BI, Excel for SPC, yield tracking, and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with MES/ERP systems for production monitoring and traceability.
  • Working knowledge of coating technologies, vacuum deposition systems, curing operations, or optical component manufacturing is an asset.

  • Become an expert in the software to educate and advise customers on best practices
  • Provide expert input to Project Manager, including comprehensive task definition on project plan, estimation of work duration, identification of potential risks, etc. 
  • Train colleagues in the operation of software to ensure a smooth handover of projects to the support function
  • Train the customer’s project team and provide knowledge transfer in the operation of software
  • Deliver specialized training on technical topics, as well as demonstrations to support pre-sale consultancy
  • Advise customers on technical best practices, including data tools, migration methodology, API integrations, SQL scripting, IT deployment, security policies, etc. 
  • Design and modify reports and forms, including incorporation of SQL scripts to meet customer requirements
  • Take responsibility within an implementation to ensure all customer documentation is completed, that a pre-live checklist is prepared, and that the customer is ready to go live. 
  • Lead the data migration ETL (Extract, Transform, and Load) process from the legacy system to clients, ensuring accuracy of open balances, historical transactions, and relevant master data. 
  • Resolve, or assist in the resolution of, customer questions and issues arising from the implementation and subsequent live operation of software at customer sites
  • Attend project meetings when required, internally or with clients, to gain or impart knowledge on current status of projects and to document details
  • Complete all relevant project management documentation and help with standardization
  • Collaborate with IT stakeholders on cloud deployment, networking, access controls, and security best practices
  • Remain engaged with customers after go-live to provide support and ensure continuity of experience
  • Ensure project work is appropriately billed to the customer
  • Live the core values and take responsibility for ensuring an experience of excellence for the customer
  • Collaborate with the customer to professionally and proactively manage change

Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years’ experience within an equivalent role
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher with a concentration in business or technology

  • Proven experience in end-to-end ERP implementations in distributor or merchant-style businesses
  • Must demonstrate direct responsibility from requirements discovery through go-live and post-go-live stabilization

Scope of Role:

The ERP Implementation Consultant will be responsible for the successful delivery of ERP implementations across a range of client environments. This is a highly client-facing role, requiring strong communication, problem-solving, and hands-on system experience.

The Consultant will act as a trusted advisor, working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, design solutions, and guide clients through the full implementation lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with all internal and external project stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of the software product. 
  • Lead workshops to gather requirements and assist in defining a blueprint and project plan, including data migration and third-party integrations. 
  • Act as the subject matter expert for technical components during the implementation lifecycle, including scoping, configuration, testing, and go-live support. 
  • Ensure the project is defined, designed, and configured effectively to best support the customer’s needs.
  • Validate that the customer understands the specifications of the software, such as inclusions and exclusions. 
  • Liaise with customers and third parties to define requirements, configure APIs, and develop integrations with external systems such as eCommerce, and draft written specifications.
  • Assist the development team with understanding of specifications during the development of modifications, and subsequently test and document developed changes
  • Become an expert in the software to educate and advise customers on best practices
  • Provide expert input to Project Manager, including comprehensive task definition on project plan, estimation of work duration, identification of potential risks, etc. 
  • Train colleagues in the operation of software to ensure a smooth handover of projects to the support function
  • Train the customer’s project team and provide knowledge transfer in the operation of software
  • Deliver specialized training on technical topics, as well as demonstrations to support pre-sale consultancy
  • Advise customers on technical best practices, including data tools, migration methodology, API integrations, SQL scripting, IT deployment, security policies, etc. 
  • Design and modify reports and forms, including incorporation of SQL scripts to meet customer requirements
  • Take responsibility within an implementation to ensure all customer documentation is completed, that a pre-live checklist is prepared, and that the customer is ready to go live. 
  • Lead the data migration ETL (Extract, Transform, and Load) process from the legacy system to clients, ensuring accuracy of open balances, historical transactions, and relevant master data. 
  • Resolve, or assist in the resolution of, customer questions and issues arising from the implementation and subsequent live operation of software at customer sites
  • Attend project meetings when required, internally or with clients, to gain or impart knowledge on current status of projects and to document details
  • Complete all relevant project management documentation and help with standardization
  • Collaborate with IT stakeholders on cloud deployment, networking, access controls, and security best practices
  • Remain engaged with customers after go-live to provide support and ensure continuity of experience
  • Ensure project work is appropriately billed to the customer
  • Live the core values and take responsibility for ensuring an experience of excellence for the customer
  • Collaborate with the customer to professionally and proactively manage change
  • Influence the customer to follow a process that will help with the smooth transition

Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years’ experience within an equivalent role
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher with a concentration in business or technology
  • IT certifications are a plus
  • Proven experience in end-to-end ERP implementations in distributor or merchant-style businesses
  • Must demonstrate direct responsibility from requirements discovery through go-live and post-go-live stabilization
  • Strong technical aptitude and analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, balancing several concurrent projects
  • Can present professionally at a senior level and ensure the presentations are focused on the customer’s needs
  • Willingness to travel on-site to customers as needed
  • Willingness to work outside regular business hours on occasion

Refrigeration Technician/Engineer  

We are seeking a Refrigeration Technician/Engineer to join our client’s Aftersales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installation, commissioning, diagnostics, and maintenance of advanced heating and cooling equipment, with a focus on air source heat pumps, potential candidates can be based in Munster or Leinster. This role suits candidates with strong analytical skills and a genuine interest in troubleshooting and developing expertise in heat pump technology.

  • €60,000 – €65,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Commission commercial and residential air source heat pump systems
  • Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on air source heat pump equipment
  • Carry out scheduled and reactive maintenance work to ensure optimal system performance
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders, including customers and contractors, to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Complete and maintain accurate service records and documentation
  • Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with F-Gas regulations, health and safety standards, and company procedures

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Qualified Refrigeration Technician (QQI Level 6 Advanced Craft Certificate in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or international equivalent)
  • Full, valid F-Gas certification
  • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
  • Full clean driving licence (company vehicle provided)
  • Comfortable reading wiring diagrams, commissioning reports, and technical manuals
  • Good communication and customer service skills
