Osborne is delighted to partner with a leading construction and engineering company in the recruitment of a Building Services Engineer for an exciting project based in County Kildare. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to join a well-established organisation delivering high-quality commercial and residential developments.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee the installation of mechanical and electrical building services on site.
Work closely with project managers, site teams, subcontractors, and design consultants to ensure projects are delivered on schedule.
Review drawings and specifications, identifying and resolving any technical issues.
Monitor quality standards and ensure works are completed in accordance with project requirements.
Assist with commissioning activities, testing, and project handover.
Ensure compliance with all health & safety regulations and company procedures.
Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular progress updates.
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Qualifications
Previous experience in a Building Services Engineer or similar role.
Degree or qualification in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
Experience working on commercial, residential, or mixed-use construction projects.
Strong understanding of M&E systems and construction processes.
Excellent knowledge of health & safety and quality standards.
Skills & Attributes

Excellent organisational and project coordination abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions focused.
