Osborne is delighted to partner with a leading construction company in the recruitment of a Finishing Foreperson for an exciting project based in County Kildare. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced construction professional to join a well-established organisation delivering high-quality residential and commercial developments.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee all finishing works on site, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standard.
Coordinate subcontractors and site teams to achieve programme deadlines.
Carry out quality inspections and snagging, ensuring issues are resolved promptly.
Ensure all work is completed in line with drawings, specifications, and health & safety regulations.
Liaise with the Site Manager, contractors, and suppliers to maintain efficient site operations.
Maintain accurate site records and report on project progress.
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Qualifications
Previous experience as a Finishing Foreperson or in a similar site supervisory role.
Strong understanding of construction processes and finishing trades.
Proven ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and manage deadlines.
Excellent knowledge of health & safety requirements.
Relevant construction qualifications and Safe Pass desirable.
Skills & Attributes
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proactive and solutions-focused approach.
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
