We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of major construction projects from pre-construction through to completion. This role offers the opportunity to manage high-value residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments while working with multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage project programmes, construction schedules, and site logistics plans.
Coordinate with design teams to ensure timely release of information and resolution of technical issues.
Lead project meetings with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and key stakeholders.
Monitor project progress, manage risks, and provide regular performance and status reports.
Oversee site operations to ensure efficient sequencing of works and compliance with project specifications.
Ensure all activities comply with contract requirements, statutory regulations, and industry best practices.
Work closely with commercial teams to manage budgets, forecasting, procurement, and cost control.
Support subcontractor procurement, contract negotiations, and supplier management activities.
Maintain the highest standards of health, safety, quality, and environmental compliance across the project.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, design teams, regulatory bodies, and project stakeholders.
Lead, mentor, and develop project teams to promote collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
Requirements
Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
5–10+ years' experience managing construction projects with a main contractor.
Proven track record delivering medium to large-scale projects (€10m–€150m+).
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, Irish Building Regulations, BCAR, and industry standards.
Experience managing project programmes, budgets, contracts, and procurement activities.
Proficiency in project management software and reporting systems.
Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
