This is a unique opportunity to help shape the future of automotive mirror glass technology, driving innovation across cutting-edge manufacturing processes, coatings, bonding, lamination, and high-performance glass production.
The Opportunity
As a key member of the engineering team, you will lead the development, optimization, and industrialization of advanced glass manufacturing processes, working closely with R&D, design, and operations teams to improve quality, efficiency, and production performance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and optimize glass processing, coating, bonding, and lamination processes
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve yield, quality, and cost efficiency
Lead process validation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis activities
Evaluate and implement new manufacturing technologies, equipment, and automation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovative glass products into production
Act as the technical expert for glass manufacturing processes
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or a related discipline
5+ years' hands-on experience in glass manufacturing, glass processing, coatings, mirror production, or display technologies – this is essential
Experience within automotive, architectural glass, consumer electronics, appliance, or display manufacturing environments
Strong knowledge of coating technologies, bonding, lamination, and process optimization
Proven success in high-volume manufacturing and continuous improvement environments

Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years' relevant glass manufacturing experience. Touchscreen and cellphone glass experience is considered an asset.
