Main Duties
To service machines, making sure the equipment is clean & presentable to the end user at all times To replenish machine consumables ensuring continuity of service
To ensure adequate vehicle stock of consumables and parts are maintained at all times for use in the field.
To deal with low level breakdown calls as set by the business including but not limited to, payment blockages & tests, Internet connections, door vents and flaps, visual checks for leaks and or machine deformities and machine operational tests.
To adhere to the Company cash collection and banking procedures policies as set by the business
To observe at all times the requirements of the Health & Safety at Work Acts and any amendments made there to.
Skills Qualifications and Experience Required:
Customer focused. Ability to build customer and maintain customer relations
Good organisational and communication skills
Must be flexible, reliable and able to work with the minimum of supervision

Duties / Responsibilities:
Perform general office duties such as managing phone calls, replying to emails, and organising paperwork
Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions, including daily invoice preparation, payment processing, and customer/vendor correspondence
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including entering data into accounting software and reconciling bank statements
Prepare and distribute financial reports and assist in budget tracking
Assist in payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks
Provide excellent customer service to clients, suppliers, and colleagues
Support the office with ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Using specialised software – training provided
Key Requirements:
Leaving cert with additional education in accounting or business administration a plus
2 years + experience in an office or administrative role, preferably with exposure to basic accounting tasks
Proficient computer skills, including MS Office suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) is highly desirable
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
A sociable team-player with strong verbal and written communication skills
Professionalism and integrity in handling confidential information
A caring and compassionate personality
