Key Responsibilities: 

  • Use a combination of sourcing methods to proactively identify and engage with passive and active high calibre candidates. 

  • Screen, shortlist, interview, and support candidates through interview processes. 

  • Leverage innovative recruitment technologies and tools to streamline processes and enhance candidate & client engagement. 

  • Utilize various sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-quality candidates for client roles. 

  • Own the growth and development of your desk. 

  • Work and collaborate with colleagues across all offices. 

  • Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market dynamics to provide strategic advice to clients and candidates. 

  • Drive new business opportunities by networking, attending industry events, and building a strong referral network. 

  • Write captivating job ads and detailed candidate profile summaries. 

  • Stay at the forefront of recruitment trends and industry best practices, bringing fresh ideas and a forward-thinking mindset to our team. 

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, understanding their needs. 

  • Negotiate offer with candidate on client’s behalf and subsequent onboarding. 

  • Develop and implement creative and diverse sourcing strategies to identify exceptional candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events. 
     

Experience Required: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Recruitment or a related field preferred. 

  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a recruitment consultancy or internal recruitment role or 2+ years relevant B2B experience, e.g., Sales, Key Account Management etc.? 

  • Proven track record in developing successful recruitment and sourcing strategies whilst achieving targets and KPI’s. 

  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and data analytics. 

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. 

  • Proven ability to navigate complex hiring requirements and juggle multiple priorities. 

  • Innovative mindset with a passion for exploring new recruitment methodologies. 

  • Collaborative team player who can build relationships across departments. 

  • Professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to delivering recruitment excellence. 

  • Familiarity with recruitment software, AI, and technology. 

  • Energy and passion for the recruitment industry.? 

  • Proficient in MS Office / 365.

AP / AR Specialist – Temporary – 3 months – Galway

Key Responsibilities:
Finance Operations

  • Administrate Department Group Mailboxes and Respond / Distribute emails as appropriate.
  • Review Supplier Invoices and Credit Notes to ensure the correct information is provided (dates, details and amounts).
  • Register and process Invoices/Credit notes using the automated OCR system.
  • Set up and Verification of Suppliers, ensuring all supporting documentation is received.
  • Processing of all credit card and direct bank receipts on our accounting system and reconciling to database.
  • Processing and reconciling of all Customer Invoices/Credit Notes from our customer portal to accounting system.
  • File and maintain all supporting documentation to ensure audit trail for required period in accordance with archive policy.
  • Assist with administering other tasks across Payables/Receivables area, as required.

Quality Assurance

  • Ensure that the organisations policies and procedures are adhered too.
  • Carry out all duties as required and participate as full member of the team by supporting different work areas recognizing the various deadlines that must be complied with.

Person Specification:
The successful candidate will have the following essential skills and criteria:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Accounts Payable or another Finance role.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail with an eye for accuracy.
  • Display proficiency in Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to communicate articulately and effectively both orally and in writing.
  • Ability to liaise with suppliers and internal departments to ensure issues are handled efficiently and effectively.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to priorities

Qualifications/Mandatory Training:

  • A professional qualification (minimum Level 6 under QQI Framework) in a Finance/Business discipline is essential.
  • Previous work experience in working in a Financial Management system.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Experience operating an OCR system.
  • Knowledge of Revenue online.
  • Knowledge of Banking online.
  • An understanding of public sector financial practices.
