Location: Covering NI but headquartered in Bangor
Salary: €40-50k DOE

Our client is a leading distributor of medical and surgical equipment and supply an extensive range of high-quality disposable and capital equipment from some of the most innovative brands within the healthcare industry. They are currently looking to recruit a Field Service Engineer to join their team.
The Field Service Engineer is responsible for carrying out planned and reactive equipment maintenance and troubleshooting on a range of equipment including:

  • HD Camera Systems and related equipment
  • Diathermy/Electrosurgery units, Argon Plasma Coagulation units
  • Warm-air patient warming units  
  • Surgical Laser units  
  • Patient couches and ancillary accessories  
  • And other equipment supplied or serviced by the group.

 Key Responsibilities
The Field Service Engineer will report to the Technical Service Manager and be responsible for:

  • Planned preventative maintenance to above listed equipment  
  • Attending reactive breakdown callout to equipment as described above.  
  • Complete repair work on site in hospital  
  • Installation and commissioning of new equipment  
  • Bench repairs in workshop  
  • Customer and sales support
  • Travel and overnight stays when necessary

Qualification & Skills

  • Qualification in Electro/mechanical/electronic engineering or equivalent
  • Electromechanical field service engineering experience essential
  • Experience in customer communication and liaison
  • Customer focused, well organized, and ability to manage and expand the technical service department
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Strong interpersonal skills, organisational and planning skills
  • Full driving license

Payroll Administrator – Permanent, Part-Time

We are currently recruiting a part-time Payroll Administrator on behalf of a growing and supportive accounting and advisory practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to manage payroll services across a varied client portfolio in a flexible and collaborative environment.

For you:

  • Salary: €35,000 – €40,000 (Pro Rata)
  • Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm, 3–4 Days per Week
  • Annual Leave: 21 Days (Pro Rata)
  • ​​​​​​​Location: Dublin 2 – Potential for hybrid flexibility after probation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payrolls accurately and on time
  • Handle payroll-related queries professionally and efficiently
  • Communicate directly with clients and their employees regarding payroll matters
  • Manage Revenue submissions and related correspondence
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation

Key Experience:

  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in a payroll-focused role
  • Payroll qualification is desirable but not essential – experience is key
  • Proficient in payroll software and general Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to manage your own workload and schedule with minimal supervision

  • A strong team player with excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a flexible, part-time role
