Main Responsibilities

  • Support the staff in the Emergency Department
  • Ensure smooth functioning of the emergency department.
  • Develop and enforce protocols to maintain high standards of patient care.
  • Develop and maintain emergency response plans to ensure readiness for disasters.

 

Requirements:

  • 2+ years Administration experience, ideally in healthcare.

  • Work as part of a team managing incoming calls and queries arising from the programmed accounts ledger.
  • Proactively manage debt collection on assigned Portfolio of accounts and partake in monthly campaigns.
  • To identify and manage key customer requirements to facilitate payment within terms.
  • Prioritise and manage your workload whilst maintaining a high level of customer service and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 years Credit Control experience in a busy environment.
  • Knowledge of SAP, and our business systems would be advantageous.
  • High degree of self-motivation, flexibility and be able to complete assignments on own initiative.

  • Excellent communication skills on all levels
