We are looking for a competent Project Manager to coordinate operations and oversee workers at construction sites. As the point of reference of both workers and supervisors, you will be a key person for the completion of a project.
A Project Manager has a solid background in the field. Your leadership skills and your extensive experience have earned you the ability to direct the work of others and make quick decisions. You must be well-organized and favour safety above everything else.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Ability to communicate and report effectively
  • Aptitude in math
  • Problem-solving abilities

BMS Design Engineer

The main responsibility is to design and implement intelligent Building Management Systems (BMS), including a front-end Graphical User Interfaces (GUI), for end users. The BMS controls Mechanical & Electrical HVAC plant, like air conditioning, lighting and water systems, to make buildings more energy efficient and comfortable.

Responsibilities:
Design Systems:

  • You will work with other experts to understand the clients requirements and create plans for how the BMS will operate

Set Up Front-End GUIs:

  • You will be responsible for setting up user-friendly graphical interfaces for end users to interact with the BMS.

Make Systems Smart:

  • You will program the BMS devices to work together making the building run more efficiently and saving energy.

Writing Control Narrative Documents:

  • You will be tasked with crafting control narrative documents that articulate the functionality and procedures of the BMS.

Test and Fix:

  • You will check that everything is working correctly and fix any issues you find.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Good problem-solving skills and communication abilities.

Preferable:

  • Experience in building automation systems (Trend, Distech, Tridium)
  • Knowledge of HVAC plant and operation
  • Knowledge of programming and technology, including front-end GUI development
  • Excellent written and oral English

  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement across the Company in everything we do.
  • Develop a CI Capital Installation implementation plan on a yearly basis.
  • Engage with key stakeholders (Quality, Technical, H&S, Maintenance & Operations) to understand their requirements.
  • Analyse business processes and identify project opportunities, and implement key improvements whilst engaging Key Stakeholders.
  • Complete process reviews to identify bottlenecks and constraints, identify and implement ways to eliminate.
  • Lead and execute process improvement projects e.g. OEE, lead time reduction, waste elimination, following standard project structure and maintaining alignment to site goals.
  • Ensure all improvement activities are aligned and completed with a compliance Focus.
  • Benchmark industry best practice and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Use appropriate lean problem-solving tools to address the root cause of problems engaging relevant staff.

Skills/Qualifications/Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience with strong Engineering/Production background.
  • Has proven track record in Manufacturing industry.
  • Strong Management Systems capabilities.
  • Strong Project Management Skills demonstrated.

  • Responsible for recordkeeping related to maintenance schedule and work orders.
  • Liaise with machine manufacturers to support fault repair.

Requirements:

  • Must have formal electrical training/cert.
  •  Certification level in engineering/automation or mechanical fitter qualification
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Flexible in your hours of work, to support break- downs.

  • Experience in use of manual Lathe, CNC/Manual Milling machines and workshop tools.

The primary responsibilities of the role will be:

  • To conduct investigations into failures of chemicals (including oils and lubricants) used
  • To procure and direct as required, third party laboratories, test facilities, consultants or experts required to conduct analysis work for the CME Dept.
  • To provide useful interpretation of test reports, consultants reports and chemical data sheets to allow the CME Dept. to make technical & business decision
  • To provide technical and analysis reports to the CME Department
  • To provide material and product specifications for the Procurement Department
  • To approve all chemicals, oils, lubricants, and fuels used by the CME dept.
  • To conduct basic in-house testing of materials, e.g., hardness testing, microscopy analysis

Requirements:

  • Degree level qualification in Chemical Science or Chemical Science and Engineering.
  • A minimum of 5 years post graduate experience working in an industrial environment
  • Knowledge of failure investigation methods.
  • Experience of writing technical reports.
  • Knowledge of safe handling of chemicals.
  • Knowledge of oil sampling and associated tests.
  • Excellent technical ability in the interpretation of laboratory test results.
  • Experience of chemical selection, especially for safety critical applications.
