Tail Lift Technicians
The Osborne Technical and Engineering team are currently sourcing suitable candidates for an exciting opportunity for Tail Lift Technicians to join our clients growing team . The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of all types of tail lifts, including hydraulic, electric and pneumatic systems. They should have strong communication and problem-solving skills and be able to work independently or as part of a team

This is a fantastic opportunity in an expanding, quality focused and market leading Irish owned company which is officially recognised as a ‘Great Place to Work’. This company values its team and offers specialised logistics services to some of Ireland’s leading companies and maintains refrigerated vehicles from 4 bases in Ireland, with investment in another, new site which will be launched next year.

Roles are available in CORK, ROSCOMMON and DUBLIN

Key Responsibilities:

• Installing new tail lifts onto vehicles
• Servicing and maintaining tail lifts in line with manufacturer guidelines
• Diagnosing and repairing faults on tail lift systems
• Completing all necessary documentation and paperwork
• Carrying out safety checks and ensuring that all tail lifts meet industry safety standards
• Providing technical support to customers and colleagues as required
• Keeping up to date with industry trends and technical developments

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of hydraulic, electric and pneumatic systems
• Good problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills
• Full driving license (desirable)
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to customer sites when required
