Medical Administrator / Receptionist – Grade IV

A hospital based in South Dublin are looking for a Medical Administrator / Receptionist to join their growing team. This role will suit a candidate who is coming from a healthcare background, looking to begin their career.

For You:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Administration support for the team

  • Receptionist duties – checking in patients

  • Maintain patient records

  • Assist in completing necessary forms and documentation 

  • Email correspondence

  • Provide excellent customer service to patients, addressing and needs professionally

Requirements:

  • Ideally 6 months experience, preferably from healthcare

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work as part of a team and to work on own initiative

Are you a highly organised, detail-driven, and looking for a short-term role where you can hit the ground running? We are looking for enthusiastic Temporary Office Administrators to support our clients for the coming months.

For You:

  • South Dublin location

  • €16 per hour

  • Fully onsite working

  • 9am – 5:30pm

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to various departments

  • Answering phones, managing emails, and greeting visitors

  • Filing, scanning, and organising important documents

  • Data entry and maintaining accurate records

  • Assisting with scheduling and diary management 

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in a previous role

  • Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel

  • Great communication and interpersonal abilities 

  • Excellent phone manner with the ability to interact professionally with clients
