Accounts Administrator

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to support both the administrative and operational sides of the business. This role is central to the smooth running of day-to-day functions, particularly in support of the sales and executive teams. You’ll be trusted to take ownership of key tasks, use your initiative, and contribute to the overall efficiency of a growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming communications (email, phone, post) and act as a primary point of contact
  • Support the sales team by processing client applications, including KYC checks
  • Coordinate diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members and executives
  • Maintain and update internal systems and databases (CRM, Excel, and other platforms)
  • Calculate and prepare sales team bonus reports for Payroll
  • Prepare professional documents, take meeting minutes, and maintain filing systems
  • Assist with general administrative duties across departments as needed
  • Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and consistency in all documentation
  • Provide direct support to the CEO on company matters as required
