Administrator – Sales

We’ve recently partnered with one of Ireland’s leading bespoke garden and outdoor space design and fitout companies which is seeking to add a motivated and charismatic Sales Administrator to its busy team based in South Dublin.
Joining on a permanent basis, the successful candidate will play a key role in client correspondence and communication, accounts, orders and deliveries, to ensure that the rest of the team can work as efficiently as possible.

Salary: €32k-€35k DOE
Hours: 9am to 5:00pm (Mon to Fri), 10am-2pm (1 Sat /month)
Working Model: Fully on-site
Location: South Dublin (with free on-site parking)

Your Role:

As a Sales Administrator you can expect to be involved in:
Communicating effectively with clients and off-site colleagues via phone and e-mail
Processing orders and invoices
Arranging for surveys of installation sites
Scheduling appointments in the showroom
Meeting and greeting showroom customers
Arranging and signing for deliveries
Ad-hoc tasks as required.

Your Profile:

Demonstrable customer facing experience, ideally in a high-end/luxury goods environment
2+ years experience in a Sales environment
Competence with technology
Experience with Xero, Outlook and MS Dynamics is advantageous.
