Funding & Grants Manager – Permanent

Salary: €39,000–€47,000 (DOE)
Location: Dublin 2 (Hybrid – required in office 1 day per week)
Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week), part-time and flexible working considered

Osborne Recruitment are currently seeking a Funding & Grants Manager to join a mission-driven, high-impact organisation focused on employment and education access in Ireland. This is an exciting opportunity for a relationship-driven, detail-oriented professional to lead and manage a growing portfolio of funding partnerships. Our client is part of a global network transforming lives through skills training and employer collaboration. With a strong record of public and private sector engagement, they’re looking for someone passionate about social impact and confident managing grants from proposal to reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of 10–15 active funders, ensuring high-quality relationships and reporting
  • Track deliverables, create reports, and maintain compliance for both private and public funding
  • Lead funding applications and proposals for new and renewed grants (corporate, philanthropic, and public sector)
  • Identify and research new funding opportunities to grow revenue
  • Organise partner engagement activities, such as volunteering days or class visits
  • Collaborate closely with programme delivery teams to align proposals with on-the-ground impact
  • Support wider organisational growth through cross-team collaboration, data sharing, and ideation

Requirements:

  • Experience managing or reporting on public and/or private sector grants (ideally over €50k/year)
  • Strong writing skills – able to create clear, compelling proposals and reports
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and dashboards (data analysis and budget tracking)
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong interest in social impact, education, or employment inclusion
  • Full driving licence preferred due to occasional travel within Ireland
