We understand the value a temporary employee adds to an organisation. With this in mind, we set out to create a new and innovative programme to enhance the temporary experience for our candidates and clients. We call it the Temporary Employment Development Programme or ‘TED’ which focuses on the care, support and complimentary services provided by Osborne to all of our temporary employees. This includes a dedicated 1:2:1 point of contact, induction training, regular check in’s and training opportunities, paid for by Osborne. Since its launch in September 2014 we’re proud to say that our temporary assignment completion rate is an impressive 98% with a fill ratio of 97%.
