The role:

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and courteous manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments.
  • Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Uphold confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Project Design Coordinator –  Clonmel

On behalf of our client based in Clonmel, we are taking applications from candidates for the coordination and design of projects whilst adhering to strict budget and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Creation of technical drawings, design schematics, and plans based on specifications providing by engineers or designers.
  • Assist with design development of project work including transferring concepts and sketches into detailed and accurate technical drawings.
  • Maintain, manage and control the updates to the existing Design Libraries which include soft and hard copy of all drawings and O&M manuals.
  • Assistance to Department Manager in the preparation of tender documents and analysis of bids / quotations.
  • Daily coordination of resources within the company and with contractors and consultants to deliver on project plans.
  • Supporting construction supervision of Contractors working on Projects as need arises.
  • Build relationships with OEM’s and other equipment vendors to develop asset replacement & upgrade pipeline.
  • Keep up to date with new and relevant design packages/software to perform role to a high standard of competence.
  • Establish and review engineering standards for the design, installation, modification and maintenance of machinery and equipment, ensuring they align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Compliance with all site safety policies & procedures and with Local, Statutory and Regulatory agencies

Requirements:

  • Highly competent in 2D Computer Aided Design – AutoCAD
  • Experienced in 3D Computer Aided Design – AutoCAD / Solidworks or similar
  • HETAC Level 8 qualification in a relevant discipline is an advantage
  • Knowledge of Process Flow Diagrams and Piping and Instrumentation Diagram design and development
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in a in a design and project management role
  • Strong organization, communication & interpersonal skills
  • A proven track record in planning & problem solving, self-motivated with ability to deliver to deadlines
  • Proficient IT Skills which include the MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.
