This senior role will lead the scale-up and day-to-day management of production operations and is best suited to candidates with experience in highly regulated environments such as Biopharma or Contract Research Organisations (CROs).

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and expand production operations to support business growth
Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing operations team
Ensure full compliance with industry regulations and quality standards
Oversee end-to-end production delivery (on time, within budget, to client standards)
Maintain excellence across quality, hygiene, cost, and operational efficiency
Contribute to strategic planning, financial forecasting, budgeting, and grant applications
Represent the organisation at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in an operational leadership role within Life Sciences / Biopharma / CRO
Degree-qualified in Science, Engineering, or Business
Proven ability to manage both production operations and executive-level reporting
Strong team leadership and stakeholder management skills
Knowledge of regulated production environments, compliance, and continuous improvement
Excellent communication and commercial awareness
