Legal Contracts Manager – Permanent – Dublin 2

Here at Osborne, we are very pleased to have partnered with one of Ireland’s most forward-thinking Legal Solutions providers, which is currently seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their trailblazing team on a permanent basis. 

As an intrinsic member of this legal organization, you will play a pivotal role in managing a range of outsourced commercial contracts from initial negotiation, drafting and review, through to execution and post-completion activities.

Salary: DOE
Hours: 9am to 5:30pm (Mon to Fri)
Location: Dublin 2

Your Importance to the Team:
As part of a well-established commercial team, you will be engaged in, among other responsibilities:

  • Evaluating and proactively working to limit risk, while ensuring contracts comply with legal obligations and remain in accordance with established formats.
  • Leading negotiations with new and existing clients to ensure continued maximisation of commercial opportunity.
  • Managing the execution of contracts, including collection of signatures, filing as appropriate, and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of contracted services.
  • Management of a best-in-class contracts management system to track, monitor and generate reports based on contract data, allowing for the identification of opportunities for improvements to internal policies, procedures and templates.
  • Engaging in continued professional development (CPD) to stay current with the latest relevant legal and regulatory changes.

What Makes You a Good Fit?

  • You are a Qualified Lawyer with 4+ years’ PQE and a record of going above and beyond to get results.
  • You have spent at least 4 years in a role dealing with contracts negotiation, drafting and management.
  • You have a demonstrable knowledge of contract management practices.
  • You have superb communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to organise and prioritize work effectively in what will be a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Confident when using Office 365 and contract management software.
  • You are looking for an environment where you can be yourself in a team doing the same.

Legal Secretary & Receptionist – South Dublin – Full/Part-Time

A well-established, successful South Dublin solicitor's firm is seeking a talented, experienced Legal Secretary to join their team. Working with 2 senior solicitors at the firm, while also taking on Reception responsibilities, the successful candidate will form an integral part of this team.

Main Responsibilities

  • Electronic and physical file management
  • E-mail, phone and face-to-face communication with clients
  • Digital Dictaphone and copy typing
  • Diary Management
  • Other general administrative and logistical duties, as required.

Characteristics Sought

  • 2+ years' experience in a busy general practice firm environment
  • Dictation/Copy typing of 60+wpm
  • Presentable, cordial and professional when dealing with colleagues and clients alike
  • Confident using Word, Excel and Outlook to a high standard. 
  • Flexible, teamworker with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Excellent organisational and diary management skills
  • Experience in case management systems desirable.
