Junior Administrator – Maternity leave cover

Our client, a leader in the construction sector, with offices in Bray, County Wicklow, are looking for a Junior Administrator to join their team. This position is for a maternity leave cover, and will be fully onsite in their Bray offices. You will provide administrative support to various departments, and assist with communication across the company.

For You:

  • North Wicklow location
  • Maternity leave cover 
  • Salary €30k per annum
  • Fully onsite working

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to various departments
  • Support office operations by answering phones, handling emails, general administrative duties
  • Maintain health and safety documentations
  • Liaise with accounting department
  • Collate documents for the site team and contractors 

Requirements:

  • Excellent IT skills, especially MS Excel
  • 2+ years in a previous role
  • Excellent phone manner with the ability to interact professionally with clients

Are you looking to join one of Dublin’s largest family-owned childcare facilities? We are currently recruiting for a Creche Operations Manager to lead an existing management team. This role will suit someone with 10 years in the childcare sector, of which at least 7 are in a management capacity.

For You:

  • South Dublin location
  • Permanent opportunity
  • Salary €60k per annum
  • Leading a team of up to 50 people
  • Expected hours of 40 a week

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for day-to-day operations of the facility
  • Manage an existing management, supporting them to perform their roles to the highest quality
  • Report to Board of Directors on a regular basis
  • Work closely with different departments such as HR and Finance teams
  • Prepare financial reports and budgets

Requirements:

  • QQI Level 7 in Early Years Education
  • Minimum of 10 years in the childcare sector
  • 8 years in a management capacity
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Previous experience in preparing and adhering to budgets
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
