Field Sales – Leinster

Join a family-owned business operating within the construction industry – predominantly within roofing and insulation. The candidate will join a growing sales team and work closely with residential and commercial clients.
The candidate will inherit an established customer base, and the position will also see them building and maintaining relationships with builders’ merchants. The role is a fully operation position within the field with no office requirements other than initial onboarding.

Salary – €44,000 – Structured Commission – Company Car – Phone – Laptop – Company Pension – Ongoing development and progression

The Role:

Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the roofing and construction market
Manage and grow existing client accounts
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Stay up to date with industry trends, products, and competitors

Requirements:

Proven experience in B2B field sales (roofing/construction industry preferred but not essential)
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Self-starter with the ability to work independently
Full driving licence for Ireland
Knowledge of roofing systems/products is a plus
