Spa Manager (4-Star Hotel) – Ballinasloe, Co. Galway

Are you an experienced spa professional with a passion for wellness and excellence in guest experience? Here at Osborne, we are hiring a Spa Manager on behalf of one of our well-known clients based in Ballinasloe, Co. Galway. This award-winning, 4-star Hotel is currently seeking a Spa Manager to lead their beautifully renovated spa and beauty bar.
As Spa Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the spa, ensuring high standards of service, staff performance, and customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in growing the business, developing the team, and shaping the spa’s ongoing success.

Salary and Benefits:

• Competitive salary of €35,000 – €37,500 + DOE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and support spa team members to deliver exceptional service standards.
• Manage staff scheduling, payroll, performance appraisals, and development plans.
• Oversee guest satisfaction through regular service checks and client interaction.
• Identify and implement marketing and promotional opportunities.
• Liaise with hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and order processes.
• Support the hotel’s budgeting and forecasting with a tailored spa business plan.
• Stay informed about market competitors and industry trends.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 3–4 years of spa experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Relevant spa and beauty qualifications.
• Proven Spa Therapist experience and knowledge of treatments.
• Previous experience working with Yonka or Image Skincare is desirable, but not essential.
• Knowledge of aesthetics and sales would be advantageous.
