FP&A Business Partner

Osborne Executive Recruitment are looking for a FP&A on behalf of our client. You will play a key role in shaping financial strategy, conducting in-depth cost analysis, and enhancing operational efficiency. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership to drive business performance and support sustainable growth. Your insights will inform strategic decision-making in a dynamic, fast-moving environment. Position is based in Ballymount.

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of monthly financial forecasts, budgets, and analysis across all departments.
  • Prepare and review key financial reports and performance metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Lead the annual budgeting process in collaboration with senior leaders and group finance.
  • Work closely with department heads to improve financial performance and help meet targets.
  • Support senior leadership with business cases for major spending decisions.
  • Streamline financial reporting and planning processes to ensure consistency and clarity.
  • Act as the finance lead on special projects.
  • Play a key role in driving a culture of continuous improvement, focusing on making finance more efficient and valuable to the business.

Requirements:

  • Fully qualified- CIMA/ ACCA
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and performance trends, clearly communicating insights and underlying drivers
  • Strong financial analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • An ability to distil and summarize large, complex data sets, and relate them in a concise, simplified manner to non-financial colleagues
  • Fully proficient in MS Packages
  • Oracle ERP/ Hyperion
