Childcare Centre Manager – Australia 

At Osborne we are currently recruiting for a number of Childcare Centre Managers for an after-school service with one of Australia’s leading Childcare Providers.
As a Childcare Centre Manager for their after-school services you will provide leadership and management to a team of educators and staff in relation to the operation of their services. 
Locations in Australia:

  • Multiple locations in Perth and Western Australia
  • Multiple locations in Melbourne

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and tailor the organisation's educational program to meet the individual needs of each child
  • Ensure a safe and healthy environment for all children within the centre.
  • Maintain an inclusive and engaging physical space that fosters competence, exploration, and play-based learning.
  • Lead and manage the team, fostering a collaborative, respectful, and ethical work culture among educators and staff.
  • Support children in developing and maintaining positive, sensitive, and responsive relationships with their peers.
  • Establish and maintain strong partnerships that enhance children’s inclusion, learning, and overall well-being.
  • Adhere to all service policies and procedures in compliance with the Education and Care Services National Law and National Regulations

Requirements:

  • Relevant diploma or degree in education or school care
  • Eligible for a working holiday visa initially, with a further eligibility to continue to a full sponsorship visa
  • Min of 2 years’ experience working in a similar position
  • Proven ability in all areas of administrative procedure, curriculum development, parent and community liaison, staff professional development and training, team leadership and management of staff.
  • Previous experience in successfully managing a budget
