Real Estate Solicitor

Here at Osborne, we are working on behalf of our very well-established legal client who are seeking an experienced Real Estate Solicitor. This role will be based in Dublin and candidates will have 2 years’ PQE in conveyancing/residential and commercial property transactions.

Package:

Salary – €80,000+
Various benefits

Responsibilities:

Negotiating and drafting complex legal documentation including contracts and leases
Carrying out investigations on title, reviewing documentation including mortgage, planning and title documents
Managing property transactions from inception to completion
Ensuring compliance through effective and proper use of case management systems and financial records management
Advising on tax implications for individuals and entities involved in property transactions

Requirements:

Qualified to practice as a Solicitor in Ireland
3 years’ demonstrable experience working regularly with all aspects of commercial and residential conveyancing
Knowledge of local planning regulations, and application of Irish property tax and stamp duty
Excellent academic performance with a clear focus on continuing professional development
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills and a track record of building strong client relationships
Strong attention to detail, organisational and prioritisation skills, and the ability to work well under pressure
