Customer Success Manager

Are you a proactive, customer-focused professional looking for a rewarding role in a dynamic environment? Our client, a leading organisation in the fundraising sector, is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a vital role in supporting and growing their fundraising initiatives while enjoying the flexibility of a fully remote position.

Location: Fully Remote – Would need to Travel to Dublin 
Salary: €36k DOE 
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5.30pm
Annual Leave: 20 days

Key Responsibilities:
1. Growing Fundraisers:

  • Collaborate closely with fundraising organisations to help them attract and retain supporters.
  • Develop and manage projects and initiatives to enhance fundraiser success.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to fundraisers, offering promotional materials, templates, and strategic advice.
  • Share actionable customer insights to drive improvements.
  • Maintain and update fundraiser websites to ensure relevance and engagement.

2. Process Management:

  • Oversee documentation, trackers, reports, data management, and customer communications.
  • Manage customer queries and support, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

3. Events and Promotions:

  • Represent the organisation at exhibitions and conferences through promotional stands and engagement.

About You:

  • To excel in this role, you’ll need to be a motivated team player with exceptional attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset. Key requirements include:
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present effectively.
  • A proven track record of working independently and being results-driven.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • A creative problem-solver with a positive attitude and a flexible approach to work.
  • Trustworthy, reliable, and hardworking with a keen eye for accuracy.
  • Full Irish driving licence and access to your own transport.
