Administrative Assistant – Part-Time (Fixed Term)
We are seeking an organised and reliable Administrative Assistant to support our team on a part-time, fixed-term basis.
- Location: Rosscarbery, Co. Cork
- Contract: 3-month Fixed Term
- Hours: 9:00am–1:00pm, 3 mornings per week
- Pay: €17–€18 per hour
Key duties include:
- Reconciling receipts to monthly budgets
- Staff rosters, timesheets, and clock-in/clock-out records
- Tracking staff goals and expenses
- Filing and general administration
- Scheduling appointments and therapy intensives
Requirements:
- Previous admin experience
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
