*€15/hour – Accounts Administrator – Tullamore – Temp until January*

Here in Osborne, we are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our client on a Temporary basis until January.

  • Proven accounts administrative experience
  • Payroll experience an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and good Excel and accounting packages
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

The Job:

  • Contributing to bookkeeping activities including banking tasks
  • Aiding in financial monitoring and reporting
  • Operating payroll systems as required
  • Coordinating events and meetings, ensuring accurate minute-taking when needed
  • Addressing enquiries through various communication channels and directing them to the appropriate team members
  • Assisting in preparing documents and reports for the Board of Directors
  • Providing essential administrative support to the Manager and team
  • Managing the Manager's diary when necessary
  • Assisting in typing tasks for the team
  • Maintaining organised records and files for efficient retrieval
  • Ensuring an adequate stock of stationery, publications, and information materials for the regional advocacy team
