Finance Manager
Our client in South Dublin is seeking a fully qualified Finance Manager to join their team.
You will be responsible for leading a small team, managing day-to-day financial activities, preparing accurate reports, and supporting management.
This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

  • South Dublin location with parking or close to bus routes.

  • 60-65k DOE + bonus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare management accounts and financial reports.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Manage bank accounts and deal with bank queries.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Tax compliance filings for VAT, PAYE, RCT, etc.
  • Liaise with external auditors and manage year-end processes.
  • Support project costing and financial analysis for developments.
  • Implement and maintain robust financial controls.
  • Supervision and management of assistant accountant and admin supports.
  • Other ad hoc duties to support management.

 
Requirements:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
  • Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience, ideally in an industry setting (property development or construction experience is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting and tax compliance.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of project accounting and cost control is highly desirable.

Accounts Administrator

One of South Dublin’s premier property services agencies is currently recruiting an Accounts Administrator to join their dynamic and fast-growing team based in Dublin 6W on a permanent basis.

Salary: €30,000-€35,000 DOE
Hours: 9am to 5pm (Mon to Fri)
Location: Dublin 6W – Fully on-site

As an important member of this thriving organization, you will be responsible for the administration of accounts matters in relation to both accounts payable and receivable.   Your role will be a key support function ensuring the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the finance team.

Role and Responsibilities
The successful candidate can expect to be involved in:

  • Basic bookkeeping.

  • Entering payment information into Letman system.

  • Entering invoice details into Sage.

  • Managing phone calls, e-mails and other correspondence from landlords, tenants, contractors and other parties. 

  • Printing, organising and filing financial documents

  • Managing office supplies and making orders where necessary. 

Candidate Characteristics
To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Experience working in a high-volume administration environment, ideally dealing with accounts administration

  • Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, with experience in Letman and/or Sage also being advantageous, though full training will be provided.
