We are currently recruiting for a shift attendant to work on our client site in Kilkenny. The successful candidates will be reporting directly to the store’s supervisor. The shifts will be 12hrs shift working both Night and Day shift on a 24/7 pattern. Shifts will be rostered in advance.
Role/Responsibilities
Receiving Goods inwards
Stock/Cycle Counting
Deliver the day-to-day operations of the stores
Deliver the agreed metrics to support the benchmarking of site
Carry out customer/site specific requests in line with contractual agreement
Other ad hoc duties
Candidate profile
Operating knowledge of pharmaceutical GMP’s and their applications to the Central Inventory function systems, SAP Ariba, Maximo etc an advantage but not essential
Fully Computer Literate with good attention to detail- Knowledge of MS software packages (excel, Word would be an advantage
Excellent Interpersonal & Communication Skills (both Verbal and Written)
Fluency in English an essential
Adaptable and Flexible Approach with a can-do attitude and an ability and willingness to learn
Confident in dealing with clients and vendors
Ability to handle engineering queries from the engineers
Knowledge of engineering parts an advantage

Technical Product Database and Labelling Coordinator
Job Summary:
The Technical Product Database and Labelling Coordinator is responsible for maintaining and updating all technical product databases, including ingredient lists and nutritional analyses. This role ensures that all updates are accurately managed according to strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and are approved by internal stakeholders. The Coordinator will also manage translation coordination and approvals with external stakeholders, and generate print-ready labels using software such as Illustrator and InDesign. The role requires collaboration with various internal teams and external agents to ensure timely and accurate updates to product labels and related artwork.

Key Responsibilities: Database Management:
Maintain and update technical product databases with accurate ingredient and nutritional information.
Ensure updates follow strict SOPs and version management protocols.
Obtain necessary sign-offs from internal stakeholders for all changes
Translation Coordination:
Coordinate translations of approved text with external stakeholders.
Manage the approval process for translations to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Label Generation:
Generate print-ready labels using information from databases.
Follow aesthetic and consumer-friendly labelling templates.
Utilize software such as Illustrator and InDesign for label creation.
Artwork Coordination:
Collaborate with internal teams (Quality, Regulatory, Marketing, Nutrition) and external agents to coordinate amendments to artwork.
Ensure all amendments receive necessary approvals.
Manage simultaneous updates to groups of products to ensure consistency.
Change Tracking and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of the status of ongoing changes and new artwork.
Ensure artwork is appropriately filed once approved.
Communicate updates to other team members to facilitate changes to related materials.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work in a matrix management environment, coordinating with various departments.
Ensure all updates and changes are aligned with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field desirable (e.g., Food Science, Nutrition, Graphic Design, Marketing).
Proficiency in database management and version control.
Experience with translation coordination and approval processes.
Advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator and InDesign.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict SOPs.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a matrix management environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience in a similar role within the food or consumer goods industry is preferred.
Skills and Competencies:
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
Proactive and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to manage projects from initiation to completion.
