Responsibilities:
Preparation of statutory financial statements and management accounts
Experience of leading both audits and accounts assignments from planning to completion
Experience in delegating and supervising team members on audit assignments
Staff training and supervision
Liaising with clients and advise clients on financial and tax matters
Liaising with Revenue Commissioners
Manage client relationships and ensure top-level service.
Ad hoc administrative duties as required
Contribute to the company's accounting technology strategy and oversee the introduction of new accounting solutions
Requirements:
Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA or similar)
Proven experience working in an accountancy practice, preferably with client portfolio management.
Meticulous attention to detail and meeting deadlines
Ability to work on own initiative and work effectively as part of a team

Job Summary: The Panel Room Technician will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of the animal feed plant. The technician is responsible for overseeing the control systems and ensuring the efficient functioning of the plant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering quality and process flow, with experience in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor the control systems in the panel room to ensure smooth functioning of the animal feed plant.
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment and systems
Ensure that all equipment is operating efficiently and effectively
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise in the control systems, minimizing downtime and optimizing plant performance.
Collaborate with the plant operators, maintenance team, and supervisors to ensure effective communication and coordination during routine operations, maintenance, and plant shutdowns.
Monitor process parameters, such as temperature, pressure, flow rates, and levels, and take appropriate actions to maintain them within specified limits.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Maintain accurate records of operational data, equipment performance, maintenance activities, and any incidents or abnormalities.
Qualifications:
Leaving certificate or equivalent; additional technical certifications or vocational training in industrial automation or control systems is preferred.
Diploma/degree in electrical or mechanical engineering an advantage
2+ years of experience in a similar role
Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting desirable
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills to identify and resolve control system issues promptly
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate records and documentation.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Willingness to work a three shift work cycle with 24/5 working week

Maintain customer-specific standards and close any compliance gaps.
Oversee supplier approval systems and maintain accurate raw material specifications and databases.
Support the business during any food safety incidents or crises.
Drive performance across the QA team, including calibration, microbiological, shelf life, and nutritional testing programs.
Act as department representative at internal, supplier, and customer meetings.
Communicate relevant quality and food safety matters to departments including Production and Maintenance.
Manage internal auditing systems to uphold hygiene and GMP standards, ensuring timely corrective action where needed.
Trend and analyse QA data (e.g. lab results, complaints, audit outcomes) to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Oversee all aspects of pest control on site.
Ensure technical compliance for export load certifications to third countries.
Take on additional projects or continuous improvement initiatives as directed.
Key Requirements:
Degree in a food-related discipline (or significant food industry experience).
Proven experience in product quality systems, with a strong track record.
Minimum of 3 years in a quality management role within a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of BRC, customer standards, and legislative requirements.
Excellent team leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Create maintenance schedules and generate work orders based of production run times and plant availability
Liaise with the stores department and ensure parts are available for any upcoming work planned
Control and manage the maintenance holiday rota
Create SOPs based on site equipment and machinery
Adjust schedules to account for unexpected emergency work. Ensure any emergency work required is captured and logged according.
Assist and support maintenance manager
Serve as a liaison between maintenance and operations
Maintain records and files essential to maintenance management (work orders, SLAs, Calibration orders etc…)
Coordinate with maintenance staff, contractors, and external vendors
Prepare preventive maintenance plans that are aligned with the organization’s maintenance goals
Control and manage weekly reports and KPIs as outlined by the maintenance manager
Ensure the site and maintenance function is audit ready at all times
