Salary: Base Salary (DOE) + Uncapped Commission

Your Role:
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of our mission, building relationships, sourcing top talent, and matching them with our diverse range of clients. You'll utilize your networking skills, creativity, and industry knowledge to uncover hidden gems and make impactful placements. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
 

  • Reviewing CVs, conducting candidate screenings and shortlisting
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Liaise with clients and candidates to schedule interviews
  • Create interesting job advertisements to be posted on social media platforms and job boards
  • Developing and implementing recruitment strategies
  • Negotiating offers and facilitating smooth onboarding processes
  • Providing exceptional customer service to all stakeholders
  • Engage in business development calls and meetings to identify business opportunities
  • Attend networking events to build new connections

 
What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in recruitment or sales (preferred but not required)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment
