Health and Safety Advisor
The Osborne Tech and Eng team are very excited to be recruiting for our international client seeking an experienced Health and Safety Advisor to join their team. In continuing the company commitment to safety, this Advisor will be pivotal in the company’s project implementation and delivery. This role would be based in SWEDEN or FRANKFURT.
Job Profile:
As Health and Safety advisor, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of engineers and industry experts to safely deliver the completion of projects. Your responsibilities will include managing and maintaining the company’s Safety Management System and CMS System. This role will be based full time in one of the Company’s projects located in Sweden or Frankfurt.
What we are looking for:
- Degree or equivalent in Environmental, Health and Safety management (preferred)
- A minimum of 3 years post qualification experience in a construction environment
- Hold a full, clean driving licence.
- Excellent IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise.
- Willingness to travel as travelling will be required.
- Strong drive for results – uses initiative and takes ownership.
- Communicate with impact: across the layers of the organization and across boundaries, in both oral and written communication.
- Team player mind set, but ability to operate effectively independently.
