Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Commercial Development Executive to drive business growth through executive-level recruitment opportunities.
This role focuses on delivering top-tier recruitment solutions, enhancing our brand reputation, and ensuring exceptional client and candidate experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic business plan for C-Suite recruitment, focusing on new business and key account management.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with executive search teams and business managers to align efforts with the company strategy.
  • Identify and nurture relationships with potential executive clients, maximising daily job opportunities.
  • Conduct professional executive-level client meetings, offering consultative advice.
  • Rebuild and expand relationships with lapsed clients and onboard new clients effectively.
  • Forge strategic partnerships with industry leaders and networks to expand reach.
  • Achieve weekly, monthly, and KPI-driven business development targets.
  • Maintain competitor awareness and drive improvements in job quality and fee values.
  • Attend executive networking events and conferences as needed.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in recruitment consultancy, sales, or a professional environment.
  • Proven success in B2B sales and business development, preferably in recruitment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving, organisational, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, sales tools, and Microsoft Office.
  • Passion for executive recruitment and strategic thinking.
  • Ability to travel nationwide as required.
