Business Support Executive – Dublin 2
At Osborne we currently have a new opening for a Business Support Executive to join our offices in City Centre due to growth and expansion.
You will join an award winning organisation who already have an established client base in this region with a robust candidate talent pool, you will be joining a team that are experts at growing and developing teams and divisions.
The primary function of this role is to provide professional support the business team and customers, internal & external, in all aspects relating to Front of House Representation, Online Advertising & e-Marketing, Database Management & Technical Support, and Sales Administration & Reporting, ensuring all company processes & procedures are implemented.

Duties within the role will include:
- Manage the switchboard, ensure phones are answered and lines directed accordingly in an efficient, accurate and professional manner. Deal with queries where possible to make the process more efficient.
- Meet and greet candidates and clients who visit the offices in a welcoming & professional manner –offer refreshments & reading material. In the event of delays ensure the candidates / clients are well informed
- Preparing & printing all CVs & reg interview forms each morning for consultants’ registration interviews.
- Proof-read job advertisements & post jobs online daily
- Monitor the daily responses for all jobs online and pro-actively seek to improve adds if minimal response via key words, re-writing adds, ensuring the Points of appeal are included, identifying trends etc.
- Creating mailing campaigns and e-marketing campaigns with the Recruitment Team
- Providing ‘light’ technical support duties to all staff. Act as the main point of contact for all issues in relation to IT and office hardware.
- Formatting all CVs to a high standard as required by the Consultants. Assist Recruitment team where required to update information
- Reference checking of candidates where required
- Performing weekly audits on documentation, accountable for driving compliance
The skills and experience our team needs:
- A strong administrative background with specific skills in excellent customer delivery
- Very Professional individual with excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience working with & managing social media sites / accounts & e marketing campaigns
- Proficient IT user with the capability to offer light technical support to the team of databases – Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter & Bullhorn experience highly desirable
- Efficient Administration ability with high level of accuracy.
- Professional Presentation
