  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT Support, computer science, or a related field.
  • Previous MSP Experience in a Senior Project Role.
  • Documentation of Client Networks.
  • Key role within project service delivery.
  • Acts as a resource on larger projects

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Server Configuration, troubleshooting, and management of Windows server OS.
  • Perform migrations from legacy server OS to the latest editions.
  • Proficient in Remote Desktop Services and third-party applications troubleshooting.
  • Virtualization management including vSphere environments and Hyper V/Windows Virtualization.
  • Familiarity with Converged/Hyper Converged systems and SAN Technologies.
  • Networking skills including VLAN setup, routing protocols configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to configure firewalls, implement security guidelines, and set up VPNs.
  • Experience in Backup and Disaster Recovery planning, implementation, and testing.
  • Knowledge of Cloud services such as Microsoft Azure and Office 365 setup and configuration.
  • Wireless networking skills including WLAN, Wireless PTP, and Wireless PTMP.

Preferred Technologies:

  • Microsoft server, Cisco networking, FortiGate firewall, Dell EMC Solutions, Ubiquiti wireless equipment, Microsoft Cloud Services, Datto BCDR
