Information project manager

At Osborne we are currently recruiting for Information project manager to join a our client based in Dublin 16.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review information / data structured across software platforms such as CDE and Digital Building Manual (all levels of supply chain) as appropriate to meet Employer requirements and Project Team resources.
  • Responsibility for provision of information / data at each agreed stage.
  • Review and advise on Level of Information Need for specific Project Team member, systems etc.
  • The process for incorporating building operation and maintenance data, as constructed drawings, testing, validation and commissioning information.
  • Enable integration of information within the Project Team and co-ordination of information / data from all construction parties.
  • Assist Project Team Members in assembling information for Project Outputs.
  • Ensuring processes, including data validation, are in place to achieve data accuracy and where appropriate ties in correctly to the asset model (e.g. 3D platform model for instance).

Skills Needed:

  • Have a degree and/or qualification in a relevant technical subject have achieved Engineering/ Construction Technician/ Technologist status or equivalent through a recognised professional institution
  • Have substantial relevant experience in the built environment.
  • Ability to communicate with and coordinate appointed parties at all levels of a project in order to efficiently deliver the project information requirements to quality standards.
  • Be a team player and possess an appetite to develop into an ever-evolving role.

Here at Osborne, we are currently seeking a Customer & Client Support on behalf of our well-established client based in Dublin 11. As a Customer & Client Support Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless communication and efficient operations. Your responsibilities will encompass handling calls, addressing inquiries, and executing various administrative tasks. This hybrid role offers a blend of customer support and administrative duties. This role requires an enthusiastic candidate with exceptional customer service skills. This role is a mix of customer support and general administration tasks.

Salary: up to €35k DOE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls, adeptly capturing and disseminating information while promoting our client's services.
  • Address requests and tackle complex issues with proficiency and professionalism.
  • Handle email correspondence from customers, engineers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Facilitate fault call logging for nationwide teams, oversee resource management, monitor progress, and ensure timely closure for invoicing.
  • Collaborate with engineers and customers to plan, schedule, and coordinate work.
  • Maintain up-to-date schedules and issue certifications on a daily basis.
  • Follow up on service contract renewals and handle price inquiries from both engineers and customers.
  • Conduct record retrieval, filing, scanning, and ensure accurate database updates.
  • Provide customers with necessary documentation and prepare quotations for installation, service, and commissioning.
  • Liaise effectively with the sales team, credit management, and logistics department.
  • Contribute to general office administration tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, demonstrating proficiency in customer support and administrative functions.
  • Proven track record in a fast-paced B2B environment, preferably within industries such as construction, property management, or sales support.
  • Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook; familiarity with Salesforce/SAP is advantageous.
  • Strong telephone etiquette, capable of handling complex calls with ease.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain composure in a dynamic work environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with sound judgment and initiative.
