The Role: Our client is seeking an Audio-Visual (AV) Support Technician who will be integral in maintaining and supporting a diverse array of AV systems at various client sites. This role involves direct interaction with clients, both onsite and remotely, handling troubleshooting and resolution of hardware and software issues. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the seamless operation of our clients' systems and in fostering strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
Providing technical support to resolve AV issues, including those related to software, hardware, and network connectivity.
Ensuring the proper functioning of AV equipment such as LCD Screens, MTR’s, sound systems, control systems, and display devices.
Facilitating troubleshooting and technical support for all in-house AV events and presentations.
Training users on the effective usage of AV equipment and systems.
Collaborating with client's technical teams for integrated AV system performance.
Maintaining accurate records of AV equipment inventory and maintenance schedules.
Keeping up-to-date with the latest AV technology and recommending improvements.
Key Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting and supporting AV systems, particularly Logitech systems.
Strong knowledge of conferencing solutions like Zoom, MS Teams, etc.
Profound understanding of Q-sys, Crestron, Dante audio, and related technologies.
Excellent interpersonal skills for maintaining effective client relationships.
