Key Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership in the design, development, and deployment of software solutions based on the Microsoft O365 stack.
Software Development: Develop solutions using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), SharePoint SPFx, Microsoft Teams, Office Add-ins, Microsoft Graph, Microsoft Identity Platform, Adaptive Cards, Fluent UI Web Components, Fluid Framework, Microsoft Dataverse, and Visual Studio. Work within and improve existing development frameworks and standards.
Solution Design: Design, develop and deploy robust solution architectures that align with user needs and business goals. Participate in the collection and analysis of data to support solution design, including working with business (when required) to understand solution requirements.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test processes and cases to ensure the quality of developed solutions.
Maintenance and Support: Provide support for existing systems, diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
Continuous Improvement: Continually update technical knowledge and skills, and drive the adoption of best practices within the team.
Project Management: Assist in project planning and management tasks as needed.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:
4 years + of experience in software development, including with low code/no code solutions and development frameworks (particularly workflow based solutions).
Experience in Microsoft O365 stack products is critical particularly SharePoint Online, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), React framework, and Word Web Add ins as well as experience with Power Platform, PowerShell (SharePoint PnP) to manage, maintain and enhance Sharepoint Online.
Experience with Microsoft Teams, Azure functions and Azure services such as Key Vault, Azure Storage, Office Add-ins, Microsoft Syntex, Microsoft Graph, Microsoft Identity Platform also an advantage.
Experience with software development methodologies and best practices (including source code control)
Experience in the legal domain or other professional services areas an advantage.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, communicate effectively with stakeholders and deliver high quality solutions within deadlines with the flexibility needed as part of a small team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Preferred Skills:

Experience with agile development methodologies and tools like Azure DevOps.
Knowledge of secure coding practices and performance optimization techniques.
Education and Experience:
5+ years of experience in software development with a focus on full-stack applications.
Proficiency in .NET Core, C#, and React.
Strong understanding of AWS cloud services, including serverless technologies (e.g., AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as AWS DevOps and Visual Studio.
Expertise in integrating and managing cloud services, including IAM, databases, APIs, and containers.
Hands-on experience with debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
Effective collaboration in multi-disciplinary teams, including developers, business analysts, and architects.
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Duties:
