Manufacturing Associate/Operator

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Operator to join our clients team. Your dedication to quality, teamwork, and efficiency will play a vital role in ensuring smooth production processes and achieving operational goals.
This role supports internal customers, focusing on delivering consistent, high-quality work to meet the expectations of teams within the organization. By maintaining excellence in production, you’ll contribute to seamless workflows and company-wide success.

Salary & Benefits:

23 month contract
Salary €30,000 – €33,000 DOE
25 days AL

Key Responsibilities:

Perform assembly and testing of products in line with company standards and technical documentation.
Accurately maintain records and documentation to ensure compliance with regulations and quality requirements.
Work closely with colleagues to meet and exceed production targets.
Follow safety guidelines and maintain clean, organized workspaces and equipment.
Contribute to accurate stock control and inventory management efforts.
Share expertise by training team members to strengthen overall team performance.
Provide support to other departments as necessary to maintain operational continuity.
Participate in audits and quality control initiatives to uphold high standards.
Take on additional tasks as required to support business goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum education requirement: Leaving Certificate.
Preferred qualifications include FAS training in electromechanical assembly or a related field.
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with SAP or similar inventory management software.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality standards.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Flexibility and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
