Payroll Administrator 

Here at Osborne we are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator for our client based in Co.Cavan. This role is a part time, ongoing temporary assignment and will be fully office based. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain payroll records, including employee changes, benefits deductions, tax information, and timesheets
  • Ensure that all payroll data is entered accurately into payroll software
  • Respond to employee payroll inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with reconciliation of payroll-related accounts and reports
  • Adhoc admin duties if required 

Key Requirements:

  • Availability to start immediately is essential 
  • Strong IT skills including excel 
  • Previous experience in payroll administration or a similar role is desirable
