Payroll Administrator
Here at Osborne we are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator for our client based in Co.Cavan. This role is a part time, ongoing temporary assignment and will be fully office based.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain payroll records, including employee changes, benefits deductions, tax information, and timesheets
- Ensure that all payroll data is entered accurately into payroll software
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with reconciliation of payroll-related accounts and reports
- Adhoc admin duties if required
Key Requirements:
- Availability to start immediately is essential
- Strong IT skills including excel
- Previous experience in payroll administration or a similar role is desirable
