The Assignment:

Our client is a renowned contractor in Ireland’s Construction, Fit Out, and Building Services sectors, serving private, public, and commercial clients. We were given the task of finding an ambitious, self-motivated, and enthusiastic HR Manager to join their team. This role involves building, motivating, and developing the team to ensure the delivery of projects to the highest standard with a focus on safety, sustainability, and quality.

The Process:

Osborne’s HR & Talent Acquisition division was appointed as the recruitment partner, and we mobilised a highly coordinated team to find the ideal candidate for our client. We met with the client to understand their needs, culture, and requirements, ensuring a tailored recruitment process. Our detailed search involved collaborating with our internal marketing team to create a specific social media campaign to ensure maximum potential reach, utilising our internal database, and leveraging our extensive network of qualified HR professionals.

We shortlisted seven candidates, five of whom progressed to the interview stage. Given the urgency of the role, we worked with our HR temporary staffing division to secure a temporary employee to support the organisation during the recruitment process. The client was extremely satisfied with this solution, which demonstrated our flexibility and agility in providing both short-term and long-term staffing solutions.

The Result:

An exceptional candidate was appointed. The entire process was conducted both remotely and on-site, with Osborne providing support to the successful candidate throughout the offer and onboarding stages.
