Let's Talk
Once we receive your C.V a member of our temp team will contact you to discuss your skills and experience, the type of temporary jobs you’re interested in and your current availability. * If you have a working Holiday Visa and would like to Temp – we can talk you through the process.

We Get to Work
Once you’re registered as a Temp, our Team will get to work on matching your skillset with a suitable temporary assignment. Everyday new temporary assignments become available so you may not have to wait too long to hear from us!

Onboarding
Getting set up as a temp with Osborne is easy, as quickly as 24 hours. Once an assignment is accepted we’ll send you all the important documentation you need about the role, how to get paid and our Osborne temp handbook. You’ll also be invited to attend our virtual TED induction presentation where you’ll be given more information on temping.

Ongoing Support
As a member of the Osborne Temp Family we’ll be with you every step of the way. A member of the Osborne Team will be assigned as your point of contact and will give you all the information you need before starting your assignment. They will also regularly check in with you to see how you’re getting on, answer any questions you might have and keep you updated on any upcoming training opportunities.

TED Programme

We understand the value a temporary employee adds to an organisation. With this in mind, we set out to create a new and innovative programme to enhance the temporary experience for our candidates and clients. We call it the Temporary Employment Development Programme or ‘TED’ which focuses on the care, support and complimentary services provided by Osborne to all of our temporary employees. This includes a dedicated 1:2:1 point of contact, induction training, regular check in’s and training opportunities, paid for by Osborne. Since its launch in September 2014 we’re proud to say that our temporary assignment completion rate is an impressive 98% with a fill ratio of 97%.
