We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and successful organisation in Cork for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis.

This is a hands-on role requiring flexibility, attention to detail and a strong commitment to health and safety.

For You:

• Monday – Friday (8am – 5pm)
• €34,000
• 21 days’ annual leave, increasing with service.
• Annual bonus Scheme

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and promote high standards of health and safety at all times.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, safe and secure warehouse environment.
• Operate the forklift safely and efficiently to support the loading, unloading, movement and storage of stock within the warehouse
• Pick customer orders accurately and to a high standard.
• Prepare orders for delivery and collection.
• Accurately check all inbound and outbound deliveries.
• Follow all goods receiving and dispatch procedures.
• Handle and protect all stock carefully, with a focus on achieving zero damage.
• Assist with cycle counting and regular stock checks.
• Report any issues relating to deliveries and collections to the Operations Manager.
• Carry out other warehouse-related duties as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a warehouse environment.
• Valid Manual Handling Certificate.
• Current Forklift Truck Driving Licence.
• Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Flexible and hands-on approach to work.
• Candidates must have the right to live and work in Ireland on a permanent basis.
