We are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Manager to join a busy operation based in Glasnevin, Dublin 11.
This is a hands-on management position responsible for the day-to-day running of multiple warehouses, overseeing a small team and ensuring the smooth flow of goods from receipt through to customer dispatch.
This role would suit an experienced warehouse professional who enjoys being actively involved in the operation rather than simply managing from the sidelines. You will be expected to lead the team while also getting involved on the warehouse floor when required.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and support a team of four warehouse staff.
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of multiple small warehouses based on the one site.
- Manage the Goods In process, from booking-in and recording deliveries through to documentation and allocation of storage locations.
- Oversee customer order picking, checking, processing and preparation for dispatch.
- Ensure all relevant warehouse and order paperwork is completed accurately.
- Maintain high standards of stock organisation and warehouse housekeeping.
- Ensure the warehouses remain safe, organised and fit for purpose.
- Monitor workflow and allocate resources according to workload.
- Work closely with the team to ensure customer orders are processed accurately and on time.
- Get involved in practical warehouse duties when required, including forklift operation, order picking, pulling and packing orders for dispatch.
- Ensure warehouse processes and procedures are followed consistently.
- Use computer systems to record and process warehouse and stock information.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience managing or supervising a warehouse operation.
- Experience managing a small team.
- Strong Goods In and Goods Out knowledge.
- Good organisational and administration skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good computer skills, including Outlook and Excel.
- Confidence using warehouse management or other software platforms to process and record data.
- A practical, hands-on approach to warehouse management.
- The ability and willingness to operate a forklift and assist with picking and packing when required.
- The ability to prioritise workloads and remain organised in a busy environment.
- A proactive approach with a strong work ethic.
- Counterbalance forklift license and manual handling (All certs must be up to date).
