Warehouse & Logistics Manager

Location: Dublin 24

Salary: €50,000

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Warehouse & Logistics Manager to join a growing organisation in Dublin 24. This is a hands-on operational role suited to someone who enjoys leading by example, managing daily warehouse activities and ensuring high standards of accuracy, efficiency and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee goods-in, receipting, put-away and goods-out operations.
• Manage picking, packing, dispatch and customer collections.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee stock counts.
• Investigate stock discrepancies, shortages and damaged goods.
• Coordinate third-party deliveries and supplier collections.
• Ensure accurate processing of warehouse transactions through ERP/WMS systems.
• Monitor operational KPIs and support continuous improvement.
• Supervise warehouse staff, plan resources and maintain a safe, organised site.
• Ensure compliance with relevant quality, health and safety procedures.

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse management or supervisory experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, food or another industry where batch numbers and expiry dates are important.
• Strong numerical skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication and people management skills.
• Hands-on approach with a strong work ethic.
• Counterbalance forklift experience and an up-to-date licence.
• Comfortable using warehouse management systems and handheld scanners.
• Eligible to work in Ireland.
