Here at Osborne, we are hiring Temporary Receptionists for our client across various locations in Ireland.

***The length and start dates of these assignments vary and they are TEMPORARY***

The ideal candidates will have reception experience and strong customer service skills.

Package:

• €14.15 per hour
• Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm

Assignment details:

• Terenure – start date Monday the 20th of July for 2 weeks
• Kimmage – start date Monday the 20th of July for 2 weeks
• Blanchardstown – start date Monday the 13th of July for 2 weeks
• Castlebar – start date Monday the 13th of July for 2 weeks

Responsibilities:

• Manage the Clinic diary to maximize appointment potential
• Book appointments
• Front of House management
• Manage all inbound and outbound calls
• Patient Care – Provide patient care and expert service
• Ensure the Clinic is welcoming and fully sanitized for each patient
• Meet and greet patients on arrival and answer telephone and email enquiries in a courteous and professional manner

Requirements:

• 6 months’ experience in customer service/reception
• Strong Communication Skills both written and oral
• Excellent Telephone Skills and Manner
