Talent Acquisition Officer
We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Officer to join our team in Co. Meath. This role is permanent and on-site Monday to Friday. You will support the end-to-end recruitment process, helping to build talent pipelines, coordinate hiring activities and deliver an excellent candidate experience. The role offers exposure to Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Compliance and international workforce mobility processes, providing valuable experience and a clear pathway for professional growth within a growing organisation.

Responsibilities for Role:
- Support the Group Talent Acquisition Specialist with recruitment activities across the Group for professional, technical and corporate positions throughout Europe.
- Support internship, placement, apprenticeship and graduate recruitment programmes across the Group. • Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals and other recruitment channels. • Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate screening calls.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates, hiring managers and other stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
- Attend careers fairs and other recruitment events to help attract future talent to the organisation. • Travel to MTM Group Offices across Ireland and Northern Ireland as required
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Support the preparation, issuing and processing of employment contracts through DocuSign and maintain electronic employee records within SharePoint in line with GDPR requirements and company policies
- Conduct reference checks and support pre-employment screening activities.
Requirements For Role:
- Previous experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition in either an in-house or agency environment.
- Degree in Human Resources, CIPD qualification or equivalent in a related discipline • Experience supporting multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Strong candidate sourcing skills with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or other direct sourcing tools
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- A full driving license and access to own transport
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work on your own initiative while collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience supporting internship, placement, apprenticeship or graduate recruitment programmes.
- Experience supporting recruitment across multiple European locations.
