Switchboard Operator/Administrator

Our Client is a well established company in Ireland’s medical and pharmaceutical industry and is looking for a part time, night shift Switchboard Operator to join their team in Dublin 15. Ideal for motivated organized individuals with strong coordination and administration skills.

Salary & Benefits:

• Location: Dublin 15
• Pay Rate : €21.94
• Shift : Friday-Saturday + 1 Weekday (12:00-08:00 night shift)
• Job Type: Temporary (ongoing)

The ideal candidate will have:

• 1–2+ years’ experience in reception, administration, customer service, or office support
• Previous Experience working a busy switchboard
• Night shift availability (Essential)
• Previous experience working in a busy, professional reception or office environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and approachable manner
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent attention to detail when handling documentation, records, and compliance requirements
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and database systems
• A confident and welcoming approach to dealing with visitors, clients, colleagues, and telephone enquiries
