Snagger

Role Purpose:

To inspect completed modular units, identify defects and incomplete works, and ensure all snagging is completed to the required quality standards before handover.

This role will require a mixture of factory based work and on site work.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect modular units for defects and poor workmanship.
• Record and report snagging items accurately.
• Complete minor remedial and finishing works where required.
• Check walls, floors, doors, windows, kitchens, bathrooms, joinery and decoration.
• Re-inspect completed snags and confirm they are resolved.
• Work closely with production and site teams to maintain quality and programme.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
• Follow all health & safety procedures.

Requirements

• Previous construction, fit-out, modular or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good practical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, organised and able to work to deadlines.
• Ability to read basic drawings/specifications is desirable.

Key Objective

• Ensure every modular unit is completed to a high standard and is ready for installation or client handover.
