Senior Sales Manager

Due to continued growth across Ireland, we are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive business development and strengthen strategic relationships within the data centre construction sector.

This is a senior role, relationship-led sales position focused on developing and managing key accounts within Ireland’s rapidly expanding data centre market. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding existing relationships with major building contractors involved in large-scale data centre projects. Success in this role will come from leveraging your established network, understanding complex construction sales cycles, and engaging with senior decision-makers to position the company as a trusted long-term partner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan across Ireland’s data centre construction sector.
  • Build, manage and grow relationships with Ireland’s leading building contractors delivering mission-critical and data centre projects.
  • Engage directly with Directors, CEOs, Business Owners and senior leadership teams to identify commercial opportunities.
  • Secure specification opportunities and influence projects from early design through to delivery.
  • Generate new business while managing and expanding existing key accounts.
  • Work closely with internal engineering, technical and commercial teams to deliver tailored customer solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, upcoming projects and competitor activity to maximise business opportunities.
  • Represent the business at industry events, networking functions and client meetings. Requirements
  • Proven success in a senior sales or business development role within the construction, building products or data centre sector.
  • A demonstrable track record of selling to Ireland’s leading building contractors involved in data centre developments.
  • Well-established relationships with Directors, CEOs, Owners and other senior decision-makers within major construction contractors.
  • Strong understanding of the Irish construction market and project lifecycle.
  • Experience managing high-value commercial negotiations and long sales cycles.
  • Excellent relationship-building, presentation and influencing skills.
  • Commercially driven with a proven history of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel throughout Ireland.
