Senior Financial Advisor (CFP)

Osborne is recruiting for a leading financial services organisation for a Senior Financial Advisor (CFP) to join their growing team covering the South East region. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced financial professional to manage an established portfolio while developing new business and building long-term client relationships.

This is a client-focused role offering a mix of office-based and field-based work. Initially, you will work three days per week in the office while building your client base. As your portfolio grows, you will have the flexibility to manage your own diary, travel to client meetings, and work independently across the region.

Location: South East Ireland
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: €40,000 – €80,000 DOE (OTE €90,000+)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
Benefits: Car allowance and mileage expenses

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Provide tailored financial planning advice across pensions, investments, protection, and retirement planning.
  • Develop new business opportunities while managing an existing client portfolio.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial reviews and recommend suitable solutions based on clients’ individual needs.
  • Manage your own diary and travel throughout the region to meet clients.
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service while ensuring all advice is compliant with industry regulations.
  • Achieve agreed sales and business development targets while maintaining a customer-first approach.
  • Maintain accurate client records and stay up to date with financial products, legislation, and market developments.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure an exceptional client experience.

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Qualifications

  • CFP qualification (or working towards CFP) preferred.
  • Approximately 5 years’ experience in a Financial Advisor or Financial Planning role.
  • Proven experience selling pensions, investments, and protection products.
  • Strong track record of developing and managing client relationships.
  • Full clean driving licence.
  • QFA qualification essential.
