Senior Architectural Technologist / Project Manager
Location: Navan, Co. Meath
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: 75K DOE
We are seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist / Project Manager to join an established and growing property development and construction company in Navan. This is an excellent opportunity to take a leading role in the technical design, coordination and delivery of residential, commercial and healthcare projects from planning through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical design, detailing and drawing packages.
- Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with Building Regulations, planning conditions and statutory requirements.
- Review construction details, specifications and technical submissions.
- Monitor project delivery, programme, quality and compliance on site.
- Assist with procurement, tendering and contractor management.
- Manage project budgets, timelines and reporting.
- Attend site inspections and project coordination meetings.
- Manage multiple projects across various sectors.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Architectural Technology or related discipline.
- Ideally 10 years’ relevant post-qualification experience.
- Strong AutoCAD and technical construction knowledge.
- Proven project management experience.
- Good knowledge of Irish/UK Building Regulations and construction standards.
- Strong Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
& Full clean driving licence and eligibility to work in Ireland.
